Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Bee Hive family and all its data at any time. Here’s how.

Delete it yourself (fastest)

A parent on the account can do this in under a minute:

Sign in at beehivetasks.com (or open the Bee Hive app).
Go to Settings → Your data.
Choose Delete this account and confirm by typing DELETE.

Tip: before deleting, you can download a full copy of everything from Settings → Your data → Export.

What gets deleted

Everything for your family: all member profiles (including children’s), tasks, points, rewards, lists, saved places, comments, photos, and activity history.
Your login and any family PINs.
Any stored notification/device tokens and email preferences.

Deletion is immediate and irreversible — we can’t recover a deleted family. Routine encrypted backups are rotated out on our normal cycle; if you need confirmation that backups have aged out, just ask.

No longer have the app?

You don’t need the app installed to delete your account. Email hello@beehivetasks.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll verify you’re the account holder and remove everything, then confirm by email.
